Objectives

• Through the implementation of the project we want to gain experience in international cooperation and develop project management skills. This will affect the development of the potential of our organizations.

• Together with employers we want to develop model solutions for cooperation between vocational training and the labour market in the form of a course created together with employers for the elevator industry, we also provide teaching materials and cooperation proposals.

Our Activities

• Based on the data and information collected during meetings and study visits and conferences with employers in Poland and Turkey, we will develop model solutions for the elevator industry, such as a VET course program, a blueprint, teaching materials and recommendations for cooperation between VET education and the labor market. We will implement the developed solutions in our organizations, publish information about them and make them available to other institutions through access to the website

• To increase the potential of partners through cooperation, exchange of experience and joint implementation of an international project.

• To increase the effectiveness and quality of lifelong vocational training offered.

• Adjusting the training offer to the needs of the labour market. Promoting cooperation between vocational training and employers.

• To increase employment opportunities for people with fewer opportunities in the labour market (economically and socially excluded).
